This 2-day interactive workshop is designed to take a deep dive into the world of sound healing, using a variety of instruments from the Himalayan bowl to the Crystal bowl, including tuning forks, drums, and gongs, plus many others. Discover how to incorporate these instruments into your daily practices for both yourself, and your clients.

You will learn how to set and hold space for one-to-one sound healing, how to incorporate sound into your treatments, and holding space for group sound healing sessions.

During this workshop you will practice various techniques and sound healing exercises, including advanced techniques for healing with tuning forks, the crystal bowl, the Himalayan bowl, the gong, and many other percussion instruments. No previous experience is required.
